At Diamine Inks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the unused ink bottles or stationery in their original packaging, ensuring they are secure to prevent leakage or damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a trackable carrier to our distribution center, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
